Re: Are parents names listed in this marriage record?
As I look more closely at this record, it seems like the end of it says "Antonella figlia di Jn Bravata" - "Antonella, daughter of Joannes (Giovanni) Bravata", but I am not sure if I am reading it right, so I am hoping to get a second opinion
Re: Are parents names listed in this marriage record?
When I first read it, I supposed it could be "q.m" (deceased), but it's hard to say with my little knowledge of writing of that time.

Thank you Pippo!
Do you know where I could find someone with more knowledge of early 16th century handwriting?

Thank you Mmogno!
According to Google Translate, someone on that site asked where I got Antonella's maiden surname as "Bravata".

Surname "birricta" might be the "latin" version of "Berretta"

Is there a general method for translating Latin surnames into Italian?
Also, Google Translate has not really been able to provide a cohesive translation of what's going on on the Italian forum. Could someone here please help explain to me what they are saying?
