Prospective Groom: Giovanni Antonio Zambrotta, 20, contadino, residing Sanza, son of Paolo, contadino, 45, residing Sanza, and of Rosa Giffoni, contadina, residing Sanza.
Prospective Bride: Rosa Concetta Citera, 18, contadina, residing Sanza, daughter of Giovanni, 51, contadino, residing Sanza, and of Benedetta Curcio, contadina, residing Sanza.
Both Giovanni and Rosa were born in Sanza.

Giovanni has signed the document at the bottom, but Rosa and also their respective parents were illiterate so unable to sign.

Thank you. I hope that you have had a happy St Joseph's Day too, Diane. (It was a tradition for mum to make zeppole di San Giuseppe on his feast day. They were my favourite.)
