Help w/ a birth record

I finally found my great grandfather's birth record!

I believe it says Nov 25 1854, Ignazio Russo born from Rosario Russo and ? LaSpina? Ale to extract the first name and/or other info from there?

It's record #42 on the left hand side (when looking at it), 2nd from the bottom

Mother is Gaetana La Spina.
The Latin is Cajetana which is written in the record.

Any chance you can help with one more? It's #6 at the bottom left.

I'm trying to make it out and I know it's Rosario Russo and Gaetana LaSpina...
Looks like Rosario, child of Rosario?
Gaetana, child of Ignazio ?

Anything different or additional on there?

Did I have that correct about Rosario being the father of Rosario and Ignatius the father of Gaetana?

I believe Ignazio is the father of Gaetana.
However, Rosario's father's name is not clear to me. It looks like Rossi (a male given name).

Emmi's look (to me) like Joseph and Maria something?

Parents look like Placido Russo and deceased Agata Rumeo; and deceased Joseph/Giuseppe Emmi and living Maria Nicotra.

For #9 - I do not see the surname La Spina in the record at all...
But just in case I missed the surname... the other names appear to be Mattio/Matteo and Ignazia Trovato for the groom; and dec, Leonardo and living Domenica Farina(?)
