Can you post the link? It would help with enlargement. The handwriting is very small...

Here is what I see
The declarant [Teresa Mirabella, Receiver of the Abandoned], stated that she received this male child at the wheel of the hospital about 6 AM, wrapped in a diaper without any sign on his body identifying to whom he was born... The official gave him the name PASQUALE FASUTO, and gave him into the care of wetnurse Catterinangela Fasuto, wife of Nicolo Carbone

He was found at wheel of the hospital of this town without any signs on his body. He was given the name Pasquale Fasulo. He was then given to the balia-wetnurse-Catterinangela Fasulo, wife of Nicola Carbone of Alvignanello (this is a frazione of the town of Ruviano, Caserta Province)

I'm in the middle of cooking dinner. That's all I can do for now.
