Possibly Sopino or Supino, but these are not found in Reggio Calabria. Supino is found in the Naples/Salerno area. Sopino further north.

I would say Supino, a surname found in Province of Reggio Calabria.

Supino 3.07 Siderno Reggio Calabria
Supino 2.27 Laganadi Reggio Calabria

This is a follow-up to my first post above. I've been unable to locate any information (birth, marriage or death) on Teresa Supino, my 4x great grandmother. Per the above suggestions from Erudita and Tessa, I've looked for info on her in the Siderno, Laganadi and Naples/Salerno areas without any luck. Could someone possibly help me locate Teresa's info? Maybe another pair of eyes is all I need. Thanks.
