meaning of words on birth certificate?
on my great grandfathers birth certificate there is a section in bold saying: Il presente si rilascia: per tutti gli usi consentiti dalla legge. what does this mean? also was is common back then that someones birth certificate didn't say anything about his parents only information about the child born? this was an italian birth certificate from Giustino, Trento in 1901.

It means:
this act is issued for all the uses allowed by the law
(this phrase is common on all the officials documents in Italy)
The birth certificate without the parents names is not uncommon, maybe this means that his parents were unknown.
