Paola death certificate from Alcamo

Attached is the 1672 death certificate for Paola from Alcamo.

Looks like her husband is the deceased Vincenzo?

Are those her parents listed? If so what are their names? It looks like Vito and Francesca Verdi?

Is that her age of 75?

Death of Paola, wife of deceased Vincenzo Signorino, daughter of deceased Vito and Francesca Verdi (not sure about the mother's name, sorry-I only can decipher V..di). She died in her own home and was about age 75. She received the sacraments of Confession, Aug 22nd, Holy Eucharist on the 23rd (?), and Extreme Unction on the 26th. She was buried in the church of S. Domenico.

Chris, this is the first time I have seen a church record where specific dates are given for the administration of each of the Sacraments.
