On page 4 of my grandmother's (Gandolfa Cascio) Passport is the name Maria Agnello. Please translate as to who this person is/why she is listed. I have Agnello family on my family tree, but not this person.

I believe that it says compaesana. Fellow townsperson, fellow villager.

Yes, it says compaesana and 'maggiorenne' that is 'of age'.
This person is indicated on the passport of another person as accompanying her, this was made for relatives travelling together, (according to the law of the time, that I read), but perhaps there has been an 'extension' of the law, or perhaps she was in some form assisted by the other person.
