Please provide: Registry date; date, time, place of birth; names of parents and witnesses with their ages, occupations and where they lived plus the notation on the left of the document.

Declarant (father): Nicolò Iocco, 17yo, peasant, residing in Orsogna
Mother: un unmarried woman, not related to him
Child: Paolo, born on Aug 31st, at 4am, in a home situated at Vico settimo Via dell'Adriatico
Witnesses:
Pietro Di Giorgio, 61yo
Elia Pace, 70yo
peasants, residing in Orsogna

The side annotation says that on Oct 19th, 1905, the baby was legitimized as their son by Nicolò Iocco and Concetta Iacomini after marriage.

I left a note for you asking you to please translate the birth registry for my great grandfather, Raffaele Marzolino that you so kindly located for me. His birth date was March 27, 1848. The note was a reply under the translation for the death registry for Maddalena Del Greco that was done. You posted the link there. The registry had a lot of information on it so I am very curious to see what it was that was said. He was a foundling. Bless you for your efforts.
