occupations and time of death clarification

Just need help with two occupations listed and the time of death on my relative's record.

Stuvatore – plumber
(Although, I'm pretty certain that in the dialect spoken in Potenza, the word for stove was stuva (in Italian it is stufa), so I'm wondering whether it might also be someone who made stoves??? Not sure. Someone else can chime in here.)

Scritturale – Possibily a scribe or a clerk

Time of birth was dodice (12 o'clock/noon)

I've change my mind. I think the first occupation is more likely to be a Stuccatore - a plasterer.
