I need help with #163, top left corner, Birth of Vito Galante.

I have the following:

Born July 4, 1876 in Santa Ninfa, Italy. It also notes his wife. Rosa Sinacori in the margin. Is there any mention of who his parents were?

Vito was presented by the midwife. His parents are unknown.

He was born to "a woman who does not consent to be named."

The official gave him his nome and cognome ...

Marriage to Rosa was on 2 November 1902.
