I'd like a translation of this military record excerpt.

The person (whose name doesn't appear) was exempted from being drafted in 1914 due to the fact that he emigrated after Oct. 10, 1913.

Therefore when the war broke out in 1915 he was enlisted but in 3rd category, due to the fact that he was the only son with an unmarried sister and orphaned of both parents.

Thanks for the translation.

What is the third category?

He was the only son and had an unmarried sister and his father had died in 1899, but his mother lived until 1930 so he wasn't orphaned of both parents.

The record specifically says: "orfano di padre e di madre".
