Does anyone have information on obtaining birth records from Bagheria, Sicily, circa 1885? I am almost positive my great-grandmother was born there. I paid for a birth certificate from an online guy. I received a NO RECORD record from that comune. Can anyone help? Is there some sort of census I can get my hands on? Many thanks!!!!!!

Mail the letter (its free of charge)to the Ufficio di Stato Civile in Bagheria.
The address can be located by going to www.nonsolocap.it and type in Bagheria on the top, claick cerca and wehn the zip code, Bagheria name, provincial intials and region show up click on Bagheria and a website will come up.
