Real estate sales in Serra San Bruno

Is there an archives office somewhere that has records of real estate transactions in Serra San Bruno 100+ years ago? My g-g aunt supposedly sold land about 1900. Would love to know if the rumor is true.

They might be in the "Atti notarili" kept at the National Archives in Vibo Valentia, but it would be a hard search...
