Town Confusion

I am having aboslutely no luck in tracing my grandmother's family. The only document I have is an application for a social security number.
On the application, she lists her place of birth as "San Bicee," in "Colobrese."
Her father's name is listed as Joseph Morrello and her mother Catherine Castabile.
That's all I have and I'm getting nowhere. Any infor or help would be amazing!
