Does anyone have access to records for Bari before 1800 - civil records, church records, catasti, etc.?

You might find something useful here. Some records are pre-1800.

Not sure what town you are researching but you might find some info in the processetti/allegati records,ie extract copies of church baptismal and/or death records

No specific town in mind. One relative suggested that our family came to Sicily from "Bari". If so, it would have been before 1800 or even earlier.
