Hi - there are a number of cities listed here:

http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... aurazione/

Many of them have "provincia di Frosinone" in parentheses. For example:

Acquafondata (provincia di Frosinone)
Alvito (provincia di Frosinone)
Aquino (provincia di Frosinone)

etc.

Frosinone is both a town and a Province. Are you wanting the town of Frosinone? If so, It doesn't look too many have been digitised or even microfilmed. You can see here what has been microfilmed - only for the years 1871-1899 https://www.familysearch.org/search/cat ... %20Library

Unfortunately these look like they are currently locked, but having that said, I always click on them anyway and often they are still viewable.

Unfortunately some parts of the province of Frosinone (mostly the area around the city of Cassino and its surroundings) were ravaged during WWII, so many civil records and archives were lost.

After the war a committee was formed to reconstruct the data of births and marriages through the testimony of survivors and other witnesses, who were asked to reconstruct their family lineages from memory. However most of the records of people who emigrated before the war could not be recovered.

Frosinone was part of the Papal States so there are no civil records before 1870. Although the Tribunal records are missing many registers the town still has them all. Parish records are your only choice before 1870. Those records are conserved at the Diocese.
