Via Palumbo existed at least until the end of the 1800s in Militello, but is no more. Does anyone have an old street map of the city that shows where the street was?

I think you need to email the town and ask about this. At the very least, someone there should be able to tell you what the current name of this street is, as it was probably renamed at some point. Then you should be able to locate the street on a current map.
