Ancestry. com World Record Challenge

Post by Squigy »

Hi, all. A message from Ancestry.com
Join the Ancestry World Archives Project as we put our hands together to key 8 million records between June 1 and August 31, 2010. We're calling it the World Record Challenge.

As always, the records you key will be made available to the public for free. But this summer your contribution will go even further as Ancestry.com matches the records you key with additional free collections.

Your involvement will also give you a say in upcoming collections available for keying. In fact, for every 100 records you key during the World Record Challenge you'll get one vote for the collection you want the World Archives Project to take on next.

We hope you'll join us. You can track our progress toward 8 million records and see what collections are getting the most attention on the Ancestry World Archives Project page on Facebook.

I hope the users of this site give priority to Italian, and naturalization records
