Uncle killed in WW2

Post by sal4 » 21 Nov 2010, 05:57

My uncle was killed during WW2, his ship collided with another at sea in Nova Scotia, his body was never recovered......Would there be death certificate on file in the County/State in which he lived?.......Sal4
