OK - FINALLY found it!!!!
Arrival Manifest for Margaret Collins, 20, on the President Polk...
Arriving BOSTON, 16 July 1923 from London
Margaret is leaving her father John Collins in Ballyferriter, Dingle, Kerry
Destination is listed as an uncle - Patrick Collins in Scarsdale, NY..
BUT
this is crossed out and you can faintly see "sister - Mary - 417 Main St., West Springfield" written over it.
SO you were correct in the date she arrived AND the ship....

Proves once again though the need to take every reported "fact" with a grain of salt and to sift through all available information in order to get to the truth.

You're very welcome!
Yes, you can find it on Ancestry.
When you search on Margaret Collins, b. 1903, Ireland...choose the immigration search only.
Then choose Passenger Lists
Then choose Boston Passenger Lists...
When you get to this point you can browse individual records (you'll see this link in the left column) where you can choose Year, Month, Ship
She is on images 30 and 31 - which are actually sheet 16 of the manifest.
