I'd say absolutely NOT.
Wasn't his first wife's death certificate included in the allegati of his second marriage? Was he said to be "vedovo" in his second marriage record?

I couldn't find find anything online, and records are not even at the Archivio di Stato de L'Aquila.
You might try with some page or group in social networks like FB

You can register there.
There are some census records, and I think I found Serafino (send an image via PM)
Also, there's a FB group "Archivio di Stato della Repubblica di San Marino", if you want to ask some questions.

Some may have indexes at the start or at the end (or even in the middle).
I'd suggest you to open the year you want in gallery mode to see if you can notice where the index is.

The Town Offices received a note from the Court of Avellino, with a judgement about the presumed death of Luigi Landolfi.
As you say, the mentioned people are Luigi's siblings, whose father was the deceased Pellegrino.

Yes, this is a birth certificate issued on Jul 1st, 1922 in Cantalupo del Sannio.

The Mayor certifies that Antonio Nicola Addolorato Ricciardella, son of Francesco, and Giovanna Albanese, was born in this Town on May 30, 1905, as it is recorded at #37 of 1905 births register.
