Grandfather info
Hi, I was on here about seven years ago looking for information on my grandfather and wanted to continue my search. His name is Pietro Giaquinto born 1895. I believe he came to the US in 1917. Looking for where he was from In Italy and maybe info on his parents. Thank you in advance

My father is looking for his dog tags...he also found my uncle John's birth certificate whom his the oldest son and died when he was 21, but also served in the Military. The last name on my Uncle Johns birth certificate is spelled Giaguquno.

Great Find...
Russel(Rosario) May have come in the US in or around 1954 for a visit,not to live.
I still am having trouble finding citizenship papers from grandfather, which i'm not sure why considering he was in the US Army.

Yes it is...I live in Williamstown, NJ most of the Italians in Williamstown,NJ all came together from WV

just found another letter from the Veterans Hospital with same Record #, but named him petro quinto.

That is all the information i have on him. His wife is Theresa Clouse. They lived in West Virginia and he served in the first world war. Then moved to NJ . Died at Veterans memorial hospital in Phila, Pa. May 24, 1956 Letter from hospital named him Petro Giagunto. When he died the my fathers brother...
