I hope Suanj forgives me, but I'm from that area, and I'd say the most common spelling for the surname is "De Prisco", even though "Di Prisco" can sometimes be found. So, if you don't have any other evidence, that's the most probable spelling.

I'd say mother's name is "Custoda" (I'd never heard of it, but I found several references in Google Books). I think it comes from "angelo custode" = "guardian angel"
