Re: Foundling Records

According to the marriage record she was 21, and born in Salerno.
So, she was born in 1858 or 1859.
The registers on Antenati don't have an index, but 1859 was indexed, and she doesn't seem to be there.
You'll have to go through all the pages of 1858, or wait until it is indexed.

Re: Identify People in Photos - Second try to get photos to show up

Photographical technology was behind in Italy, when compared to the USA. I think these pictures are of the late 60ies/start of 70ies.

Re: Genealogist Recommendations or Advice? (Seeking Records from Orta Nova, 1684–1697)

You can try Giovanni Maria Ammassari.
He is based in Apulia, though not exactly in that area, so maybe he can help.
I don't know about his fees, but he is very accurate.
I know him (not personally) for his cooperation to the Italian genealogy site www.tuttogenealogia.it
Here are his contacts:

Re: Grandfather's Death Record in Marriage Processetti

I'm not expert of 1700's processetti, but in 1800 I've very often found the declaration that the spouse did "not know where and when his/her grandfather passed away". I think that was because :
- it was not easy to get a certificate from another town
- it was probably an expense
- they really DID ...
