Linking Two Trees that have a DNA Match

I have attached Ancestor reports for two family trees that have DNA matches between them. However, I have not been able to find the relationship link between these two trees. There is a common town between these two Trees - Castellamare del Golfo, Trapani, Sicily though other towns are also involved. One of the Trees, the Domenico Puma Tree, is related to my own separate Tree which is from Racalmuto, Sicily. Not sure what else to do to find the relationship link that should be there somewhere.
