Reqesting documents

I have Italian citizenship by decent. (dual US/Italian) My husband wants to apply for citizenship by spouse. The consulate here says I must get an ESTRATTO PER RIASSUNTO DELL’ATTO DI MATRIMONIO from the comune (Augusta) in which I am registered. The consulate said that my marriage was already registered when they registered me. I was married at the time of my application. Does anyone know how I go about requesting this document and where in Augusta I would send this request?
