My mother and I are applying through the Miami consulate.
I noticed that the application says it must be notarized. Will I have to fill it out in front of the notary? or will I just be able to show proof that the application was filled out by me by a form of an ID?
Also, the declaration says it must be either notarized or signed before a consular officer, will I be able to sign it on the day of my appointment? or do you think it's best to sign it prior to the appointment day and have it notarized along with the application?
Thank you
