searching for my grandfather

I trying to find information on my mother father. The only information I have is his marriage license.

arrived in new york 6/2?/1913 can not make out the exact date the month and year are correct the day is blured
came to america when he was 17
he was naturalized on 9/30/1919 in Mercer Pa
certificate # 1233290

He has some family in Ablany, New york

I look on the ellis Island web site with no luck. may some of you can help me. any help will be weclome

Looks like his card says place of birth Castro De Valso Rome, Italy and person who will know his location is Mary (same surname) and same place of birth.
