Hi,
I have been working on my family tree but I am stuck on my great-great grandma. Her married name is Giovanina Mangiapane. She was married to Antonino Mangiapane, and was from Mazara, Sicily. Her maiden name was either Poniciaro or Pomiciaro, and her mother's name (maiden) may have been Rosa Tanino/Tahino. This is all the information I have on her, and help would be much appreciated!

PERNICIARO
PERNICONE

T,
Thanks, I have that manifest, that was actually how I found her maiden name and her mother's name. Antonino was a "stowaway," and there isn't any information on him, so I'm stuck there. Thanks again though!

Okay, I think I might be the only one here who can't speak Italian! Forgive me, so her name probably was Perniciaro or Pernicone? I tried Perniciaro, but not the other name.
Tessa,
Where did you find the manifest for Antonino? I think I'll search the name Ignazio Alfano.
Thank you all so much, I can start looking again!
