Template of Italian translation of PA birth certificate

I have a Word doc that is a translation into Italian of the official Pennsylvania state birth certificate. (I wasn't able to post it here, it says the max file size for all attachments has been reached...this is zipped and only 8k, so it should be fine otherwise).

I'm trying to get my Italian dual citizenship and I have about ten Pennsylvania birth certificates I'll have to get translated into Italian. I'm looking to save some money on the translation if at all possible so I was wondering how I might be able to see your English and Italian certificates as a template to use.
