it translates as-

"rural house in Saint Michael."

I don't know if Saint Michael is a frazione or hamlet or specifically what it is.

It looks to me like "rurale San Michele" - the rural part or outskirts of San Michele.

There are several comuni with San Michele in the name:

San Michele Al Tagliamento in the province of Venezia
San Michele All'Adige in the province of Trento
San Michele di Ganzaria in the province of Catania
San Michele di Serino in the province of Avellino
San Michele Mondovi' in the province of Cuneo
San Michele Salentino in the province of Brindisi

Ah, yes... I was looking only at the handwritten portion, not the printed form.

Thank you all very much!

The San Michele mentioned is just outside of Cassino!

Jamie,

Then you may be looking for this place: Frazione San Michele, Comune di Cassino, Provincia di Frosinone, Regione di Lazio (Central Italy)
