I am trying to find out the relation between Lucia Volante and Vincenzo Volante. Both born roughly around 1860's?

Here is the marriage cert. for Vincenzo, who married Maria Grazia De Annunzio.
The witnesses are Lucia Innelli (nee Volante) and husband Agostino Innelli.

Please help me find the relation with Vincenzo and Lucia?

I can tell you Vincezo's Father was called Gaetano Volante and his wife was Mariantonia Iannotta, but i dont know Lucia's Parents names?
