Is the 'gli' the 'ill' sound in million? (don't wanna thread jack, but I noticed the gli in the name and it caught my attention)

Don’t you mean "lli"? Sorry if that's pedantic.

Peter,

How does the notation system you have used indicate upon which syllable the stress falls? Might I suggest speec-OO-lya to show that it is the U that is stressed?

I made it phonetic and as close to Italian as an american could manage easily. The lYa sound is difficult when your not used to it. Peter
