Marriage details needed - USA? Italy? France?

I would like to find out how to get the following Head and Wife's Marriage certificate.
I do not know where they were married but would like to know more.

According to the 1910 Census (the above posted Census is for 1920), they have been married 16 years. So marriage was about 1894.

Frank (listed as Filro Capaldy in the 1910 Census) lists immigration year as 1888.

Very strange though, i can't find the travel manifests? I found a Francois Capaldi travelling from Paris, but his wife was Anna??

Yes, I saw that manifest for F Capaldi, too. He and Anna show up in the census as well.

It's hard with the earlier manifests...so little information -- but I thought the 1888 might be a hit since it was the right year and right age

My grandfather was Francois Capaldi. Married to Mary Frederick. His mother was Lucy Capaldi, Paris, France. She had 4 children Martha, Mary, Alexander?, Francois, the baby of the family. Residence, Phila. Pa. Lucy;s maiden name Corbin, or prounounced Corban. I think these must be their records!

Their marriage took place in Reims, France. I do believe I have the date. I also have Franks (whose name I have as Hilro and Falco) parents and grandparents as well. He is my husband's great great grandfather. He and his wife are buried in a cemetery local to us. I have the info on a family tree forum. Please contact me if you still need info!
