Please Help with Address and Marriage Transcription?

Could someone please look at this Birth Certificate and let me know what the address is in San't Elia Fiumirapido and if the writing at the top is a marriage and who to? Thanks!

Can't see any address. The annotation on the top is very dark but looks like a marriage the date could be 30 September 1886 the bride first name is Michela, I cannot read her surname.

there is no address in the birth record-only that the birth took place in his own habitation-no street or house number is given

The marriage date that Livio gave you looks correct to me.
