Garfagnana Gran Giudice December 1809 - Granducci

I am trying to find information on the name Granducci from within the comune of Gallicano and the town of Trassilico before 1860. I am particularly interested in Santi Granducci, born Feb. 1836 in Trassilico and his family.

The 1809 census or Gran Giudice for the 18 municipalities in Garfagnana is apparently available in the Lucca state archives. Does anyone know if it is available on-line or have a current contact who can search the census and who speaks English?

Other than this, does anyone have any information on the Granducci name? Aside from anyone related to my late Uncle Joe...
