Need help reading a sidenote

Can anyone read the sidenote in the bottom left side of the page? This is from a birth record 1878 for Michele Perone. I think it may be restating the information in the record but I'm not sure?

Looks like it's saying that the document should read "female" and not "male" as written... this was an error to correct the gender.

Interesting, a female named Michele. Isn't that usually a male name?

Yes, Michele is generally masculine; and the feminine would be Michela...

The record states Michele, probably because the official thought he was writing the record of a male birth...

The annotation also states that the name is Michela.
"Questo Tribunale con sentenza del 3 Dicembre 86 n°2682 rettificò ilcontroscritto atto nel senso di doversi leggere è nata Perone Michela di sesso femminile figlia di Perone Pasquale e Carfora(sp?) Luigia, non già per errore vedesi indicato di sesso maschile"
