Francesco Sormanti and Giuseppe Iacchi

My great-great-grandfather was Francesco Sormanti, who immigrated to Rhode Island from either Ceprano or Buccino in 1904. On his ship's manifest, it listed his cousin, Giuseppe Iacchi, as already being a resident of Providence, Rhode Island. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me find out which city Francesco came from, and also the direct relationship between him and Giuseppe, as well as facts on both. Thanks

On Ellis Island there are 2 Iacchei: Francesco yo15 and Giuseppe 25yo, both arriving from Ceprano on April 18 1911, but the link to the actual manifest is wrong.

Looks like he is traveling with sons Nicola and Eleuterio (lines 2 and 3)
All going to Francesco Parrelli/Parrilli as Livio indicated.
Also looks like Eleuterio may have been naturalized (see numbers written over his occupation).

Death Records are not very reliable for names of parents, especially for immigrants.

That being said, Giuseppe (Joseph) probably died in Rhode Island. I was only able to find a death index for his wife Antonia (name and age match the 1920 Census for the family). You will probably need to write to the Rhode Island Vital records office for Giuseppe's DC. Online records for Providence Deaths only goes to 1930. He was alive in 1935 according to the 1935 Rhode Island Census.

According to the 1911 arrival manifest of Giuseppe's wife and children, his wife's name was Antonia COLANTONI. Maybe this will help to locate records for him.

On the above manifest Antonia Colantoni lists her place of birth as Rocca D'Arce (which in Province of Frosinone)
All the children list Ceprano as place of birth (also in Frosinone)
