I AM LOOKING FOR DONATO CONFALONE BIRTH RECORD BORN IN 1889 IN ROSETO, ITALY ALSO THE NAME OF HIS PARENTS AND HISTORY OF FAMILY THANK YOU PHILIP CONFALONE

If these records belong to your Donato, he was born in Pennsylvania, not Italy.

Here is an emergency Passport application that Filippo applied for in Rome at the US Consulate in 1905. There is lots of information included in this application including Filippo's date and place of birth, and voyages to US.
It appears that Filippo traveled back to Roseto in November 1903 and resided there until the date of this passport application, September 1905. However, during his time in Roseto, his naturalization was finalized in the Common Pleas Court of Northampton County, Easton, PA on September 26th 1904. So he applied for a US passport for his return to US.
