1927 ship manifest

I'm having a difficult time finding a ship manifest from April 16, 1927. Name of the ship is "Conte Biancamano" sailing from Naples on April 6, 1927. My grandfather Costantino Morreale and his brother Michael(Michele) were on this ship. I've tried ancestry.com and ellisisland.org and no luck!
