Thank you. It seems in the US that Nardozza and Nardozzi are interchangable. I always thought that Lioy was Lioj. Is j ever used?

The Italian whitepages http://www.paginebianche.it/ricerca?qs=lioy&dv=&l=en show 93 entries for Lioy and 4 for Lioj.

So it seems that Lioy is probably the way to go. Thanks.

I am a member of ancestry.com. I was surprised that you were able to find death records from Italy. I would be interested in exactly how you did your search. I would be looking for records from Sicily and Molfetta. Can you please explain how you were able to get records from Italy? I would be very much appreciative.

Adelfio helped me figure out how it find them. I haven't been online or I would have directed you in the same manner. It is so wonderful not to have to order films and go to a local LDS library to view records as was the case in the past.

Thanks Adelfio and Susan good luck in your search.
