Hi and welcome to the forum, :D

Many people with that name came to the US. Here are the Ellis Island records. Perhaps you can tell by the first name, year, or place they came from to track down a relative. If you find someone, we can help you trace them through census records.

Good luck

Only a few Calone. They may be easier to trace.

My great grandmother was Carmela Cacace born July 25, 1865 somewhere in Italy. She married in NY and died there.

Maybe from Sorrento?

This is a long shot since it's been several years that this post was made, but I'll give it a go. My great-grandmother was Gilda Cacace from Naples, Italy. She married Ugo De Stefano (1888-1962). Their daughter (my grandmother) was Maria De Stefano, later names Lydia Peterson, when she moved to the US. If you have any information on Gilda Cacace, please reach out. jackiebennett1978@gmail.com.

thank you,
