Looking for DeLuca

My great grandmother's last name was DeLuca but I can't find any information on her.I would like to know when did she leave Italy to come to America to be with my great grandfather. I can find information on him but I am having problems finding information on her. Her first name was Sarah of course that might be spelled wrong she married my great grandfather Gabriel Barbusico.

I am looking for information on my great-grandmother's family. According to the 1900 census, a Peter Niosi married a Rose DeLuca...perhaps a sister.. Looking for information from Messina to substantiate names of Peter Niosi's parents and obtain further information of any distant ancestors of relatives that may be still living in Sicily.
