Looking for Signorelli and Scarmellini Lines

My name is Heber Trunnell and I am trying to help an Italian friend to find some of her ancestors. Particularly, her two lines of great-great grandparents, Batista Signorelli and Maria Bedonetti. She would also like to find more out about her great grandmother's parents, James Lorenzo Scarmellini and Marianna Gianera. Any information you could give us on these Italian family lines would be greatly appreciated. And any primary records you might be able to find on these lines would be dearly appreciated as well.
