help with correspondence protocol

Post by elmosgirl »

Requests I've sent to a very small comune have always included my email address on my letterhead but replies have always been sent to me by postal mail.

Is it appropriate/acceptable to send next requests by email, or is the fact that the comune has chosen to respond as they have an indication that this is how they want requests (and replies) handled?

The Dr./Mayor is so helpful and quick to reply that I don't want to do something that would be a mistake, culturally speaking.

Help, please!

Thanks.

Yes, Marty, I agree. That's why I posed the question!
Thanks.
