Info on Vittorio Parisi

Post by suzananature »

Hello,

I'm looking for informations on my grandfather.

I don't have much information on him. The only address I have is the one on the letters he sent to my grandmother, and I don't quite understand the address.

This is what it is on each letter:
Parisi - Vittorio - Presso - Consolato D'Italia - Santos - Sao Paulo

And I don't understand if he is sending the letter from Sao Paulo or from Presso (is that a city in Italy?)

Also I konow he as born in the 20's and that's all I have on him.

I know it is just too few information, but it is a try. And I'm happy woth any info I can get.

Just my best guess... but it looks like an address the Italian Consulate in San Paolo, Brazil... :-)

I know you stated that he was born in the 20s - but I thought you might take a look at this possible immigration card for Vittorio Parisi, born 1934 in Barcellona, Messina, Sicily... Father was Giacomo Parisi and mother was Maria Di Martino.

The address means that he sent (or, better, wanted to receive) letters at Italian Consulate in Santos.
