Mezzano de Primiero/Bonat

I'm new at research and am trying to research my grandfathers family.
He was born in Mezzano di Primiero May 20 1882.
His name was Francesco Bonat. His fathers name was Vittorio Bonat. Mothers name Catherina Tura. Francesco had at least one sister named Maria. I don't believe he had any brothers.
Can anyone tell me the best way to find out more information from that area?

Thank you very much for this information. I'm not completely sure this is my family. My grandfathers name was Francesco born 1882. We were also told he had no brothers. Much of this seems to fit except his name is not there. I will try the site you have listed and I will keep this information you have given me.
