Im looking for any birth or marriage records for Camillo Campana b.1869 or 1870 and his wife Louisa b. 1873 or 1874.
One of his sons recorded that his fathers birth place was Palena Italy in draft reg.

Hi, by 1905 census, seeming that he immigrated in 1893 and the wife with children Antonio and Maria in 1900

Here they are in 1920 Census (should be able to find a WWI Draft Registration with possible place of birth) in Yonkers, NY
Name is misspelled/mistranscribed as Calupana

The records of Palena are not online at the present time so you might have to order films of the civil records of Palena from Family History Library to get the info you seek

Looking at the New York 1915 census it looks like Louise maiden name was Del Bene her mother was living with them

in same 1905 census was also Gennaro Campana and wife Irene; neighbor of Camillo, maybe a brother... Gennaro married in Manhattan:

here the ship's manifest of Luisa Del Bene di Ottavio(=daughter of Ottavio, so sister of Irene, wife of Gennaro Campana) with children: Donatantonio Campana ( Antonio in 1905 census) and Eleonora Campana( Maria in 1905 census) joining at husband Camillo Campana in New York

On line 5 of the manifest you posted is "Alfonso Del Bene of Pasquale" also from Palena, going to brother Errico in Yonkers, NY - perhaps another relative?
