My husband, Vincent Poggi, and I are looking to find any relatives from the Piemonte region, Arquata Scrivia, Italy (AL). We don't know much about my husband's lineage:
Father: William Anthony Poggi
born in San Francisco, CA 8/4/1937, died 4/9/2008
Grandfather: Silvio Poggi
born in Italy, 1892.
Immigrated to USA and died in San Francisco, CA, July 1941.
Married Martha Gonzalez. We think he is from Arquata based on a passenger list from the La Lorraine out of Le Havre, France.
Great Grandfather: Antonio Poggi
Any ideas?

Your Poggi ancestors are very well documented (just did a quick look on Ancestry.com).
If you do not have a subscription, I believe that there is usually a 14 day free search period if you sign-up. Passenger records, census records, the draft registration records are all there.
